, hello everyone good morning i have a citron ds7 and the comfort ambient light is not working I would like to know or wonder if someone have i had the same problem and what can be done do resolve this issue please

Did it work before?
As @Andrew_PL said, “Did they ever work”, not all models have ambient lighting.
I don’t know the infotainment system you have, but if it did work previously then make sure it is still activated within the system menus, possibly under Confort?
Someone else familiar with these cars maybe able to clarify, but are the ambient lights on the same system as the dash lights, if you dim the dash, do the ambient lights also dim?
I think there were two versions of ambilight in the DS7. Single or multi color. Both should be in the on-screen menu.
