Since the second service the app vs Wallbox has been playing up. Before the charge occurred at the programmed time after midnight. Now as soon as I plug the cable in it starts charging I have to stop the charge then it will wait till the designated time. Any ideas? Removed the app and reinstalled which worked first time but then it went back to the problem.
After plugging in the wallbox, I always press the button next to the charging socket to postpone charging. Then info appears in My_DS app that loading is deferred. I can also do this manually in the app, but only after connecting the car to the wallbox. Before that, the option in the app is disabled.
In both of my PHEV cars by Stellantis it has been like this from the beginning.

I think mine is the same as yours Andy.
When I plug it in it starts to charge straight away, flashing green, but when I then press the deferred switch the colour changes around the charging socket to blue and it then starts to charge at the set time.
Sometimes I have to pull out the charging socket from the car and re-insert the socket, then press the deferred switch, otherwise it will just keep charging inmstantly.
The app confirms if its currently deferred or charging.
It’s been like this since taking ownership.
My sons Vauxhall PHEV is the same.

be careful, just pulling the plug out while charging is not recommended, if you are going to do that then lock and unlock your car first, this will temporarily stop the charging.
But…once charging has started isn’t the type 2 plug locked into the charge socket?
I think I have unlock the car to remove the plug, I’ll check next time 
Yes, it is locked when the green light flashes. When is white/blue then is unlocked.
Only ever pulled the plug when LED is white, as I’m concerned the robustness of the on board charger, following many reports of failed Citroën eC4’s.
I have never used the app schedule just the Wallbox. Never used the adjacent button either. Up until the 2nd service. Even though when Wallbox is on a night schedule it is still allowing a charge during the evening.
Used the deferred button and it allowed the charge to run on the wallbox scheduled time. It is strange as for 2 years it never needed the deferred button just charged when the wallbox was scheduled.
Maybe there was a software update recently?
So just checked mine.
It automatically locks at the charging socket when charging, and flashes green.
I have to unlock the car, and then press the timer switch, it then turns blue and locks itself again…
