​Could someone please help me with the part number based on my VIN?

This is how I see it (I obscured the last 6 digits) V R 1 J 9 9 F A K E Yxxxxxx - this letter E tells me that your car was manufactured in 2014.

What engine version do you have in your DS7?
If 1.6PureTech 180KM then the VIN looks like this in 2021 - V R 1 J 4 5 G F U M Y xxxxxx (x mean digit)

Unfortunately, access to the documentation is subject to a fee, so these numbers are not confirmed. But if you can, check what’s on the sticker (even a fragment of the number will suffice). Buying blindly is a bad idea.
