Hi bought my first DS 7 last month and having an issue with Android Auto. On the connectivity screen Apple Carplay, Android Auto and Mirror link are all greyed out or unavailable. I have AA installed on my Samsung Galaxy S21. Anybody offer advice please

A stupid question perhaps, but you connected your phone by wire to the correct USB port?
Only one of the ports has connectivity. The other ones are just for charging.
Good point, this year’s model doesn’t yet have wireless AA or CP. Secondly, you need to use a good quality USB cable, preferably from the phone manufacturer.
Wireless AA/CP was only available after the DS7 facelift with IVI

Hi thanks for reply. Ive tried the USB cable but the AA remains greyed out and inoperable. Think i’ll have to make a call to the dealership i got it from
Have you tried both USB ports? Only one is for data.
