Antifreeze levels

Year ago antifreeze had been changed and it’s already little below minimum on my 1.6 180hp ds4 2022. It has to be leaking somewhere, if I am not wrong?

Could be a leak, is there any evidence on the ground ?
A very small leak might not be visibly noticeable, especially if its leaking out onto the engine and then evaporating.
Is the car over heating ?
Any lack of power ?
Check the oil dip stick and oil filler cap for any water/oil contamination, (looks like a creamy sludge) which could possibly indicate an head gasket failure.
You might also see the same sludgey consistency in the water/antifreeze header tank filler if its a head gasket failure.

Power seems ok, I will check any leaks like you pointed. But on reddit I found this comment:

“A coolant loss of max to min or slightly below is normal in a span of a year. Each time you heatcycle the engine you loose small ammounts of steam that end up in the overflow tank because it’s not pressurized and allows for vapors to escape so it adds up and depending on how much you drive and the temperature outside you can lose almost nothing every year or a little bit. You can just max it with distilled water since the coolant itself doesn’t evaporate. If you live in a colder climat you should test the coolant with a tester before winter to make sure it’s not gonna cause problems.”

You will lose a bit over a year, thats why its checked during servicing.
I wouldn’t be too worried if you’re not seeing evidence of a leak or any other issues.
Top it up and keep an eye on it over the next few weeks.
Remember to check it when its cold, on flat ground.
No good checking even if it’s slightly warm as it’s still under pressure so will be higher in the tank, the engine needs to be cold and has been sitting for a while, the cooling water settles back to it’s level in the header tank when it’s cool.
Plus it’s a bit dangerous to open the header tank when its hot and under pressure.

I noticed dark spot on the hoze, like it’s wet and after few days it’s gone and then shows up again. Could it be sign of antifreeze/coolant leaking since it is always a lil bit under MIN trashhold, but never goes more than this level?

Please see photo:

Could be condensation settling on the outside of the hose, this time of the year

It could be, but still amazed why am I loosing coolant so quick and it always stops just a bit under MIN mark. I asked them in the DS Service about this and the technician told me everything is ok with it. Temperature is always fine, no signs of leaking under the car, no milky deposit under the oil and coolant filler cap.

Under what conditions should you measure the fluid level? It’s always must be done on a cold engine, for example, in the morning after a few hours of inactivity.

Yes, I measure like this. But can’t understand this phenomenon where it’s gone…

This means a loss of about 100-150ml, and you have 6000ml in the entire system. It’s nothing to worry about, as the summer heat is enough to cause a small amount of fluid to leak through the cap. This engine operates at temperatures up to 105 degrees Celsius, so minor losses will occur.
Take a picture how it looks.

I added yesterday and now it’s close to MAX. Only concern now is what could be this dark spot on hose.

It is written in the manual, you should add bit of coolant time to time. I bought 1l bottle about two years ago and used about one third of it.
