Hi, just noticed a blue light illumiates behind my rear view mirror when the car is turned on. Does anyone know what this is?

The light is the ZEV indicator. It is required in some countries to show the vehicle is operating in Zero Emissions mode.
You can turn it off if you want by pressing the tiny button next to it (see below).
