I picked up our 2022 ds7 E-Tense 300 4x4 Opera last week, but am having some issues with the main platform.
when I try to use the voice command by pressing the steering wheel button it activated the voice command but when I ask anything it just says ‘didnt get that’. I even paid £15 for the chat gpt service address on, and no luck
the system starts in french every time! Profile set up in English but reverts back to French each time the car restarts
system won’t save interior light functions. 8 set it to the colour lights, brightness etc, but when you restart it doesn’t remember this l, or even start the door lights
All little frustrating things, as the car is a great drive. Just seems the digital platform is far to glitchy and over complicated
Sorry cant help with your issues, but what I will say is, get used to the frustration.
I’ve had nothing but grief on my brand new DS4 E Tense for months, even the dealership cant work out whats wrong.
Features work one day but not the next, yet no fault codes are showing.
My car has been in the service department every month since having it last September.
Great car to drive and look at , but most frustrating car I have ever ever owned.
Electronically it’s a very poor build quality, for styling and comfort though it’s great.
It’s now got to go into DS for the rear axle recall next month, so have asked them to look at it. They suggested it will hopefully just need an update. Fingers crossed it will get sorted
