Hi everyone, unfortunately my car still hasn’t been repaired and it has now been sitting at the service center for 3 months. The service center is trying to persuade me to replace the rear motor at my own expense (€16,000), even though it is not even certain that this is the root cause of the problem. Since this is not a wear-and-tear component, I would like to ask about the manufacturer’s position regarding responsibility and liability, as well as their stance on the part itself.
Could anyone provide me with a central email address for the Customer Care / Product Safety / Product Quality department within Stellantis / DS Automobiles?
