Here is soft and maps for NAC Wave2. You’re only interested in the EUR versions. Don’t try others.
But there will be problems, because your version is very archaic. But of course I could be wrong and everything will be ok.

I too have a DS5 Prestige 2015. The infortainment system works fine except for the maps section. I stupidly reset my system to factory settings (I know, I know!) and the map is now a vey old basic one. I’d like to update the map to something as good or better than the one I had but the updates from DS and Citroën are apparently too new and not compatible with the hardware that I have. I think that the a map-only update might suffice. Apparently the system is a SMEG+I v2 (???). I can let you have the VIN if you like. [VIN CENSORED]. Many thanks

Downloaded appropriate files from DS website. They both failed. The firmware says that the software and hardware are not compatible; the maps (when trying to upload separately) failed half-way through. Consequently all date for maps has been overwritten it would seem. I am now left with no navigation system. Took are to Citroën - they are useless. Said their computers not compatible with DS cars. Strange as that is where my car is serviced. Now trying to get some help from DS itself.
