Ds3 - dash screen Infront of driver

Hi,

Is it possible to update this on my 2020 DS3 cross back? I noticed the 2022 facelift cars have the battery % showing in number form too, which mine doesn’t.

Anyone know?

Thanks

As far as I know, you can’t just switch the dashboard software to the facelift version. You have to replace the entire instrument cluster, but that could lead to issues with the color themes, since those likely changed as well.

AHH I thought as much

It’s the one tiny thing that annoys me that it doesn’t show an actual percentage of battery left

The battery charge percentage display is misleading—at least in the DS4 E-Tense. When it shows 75%, the real level is around 66-67%. As the percentage drops, the discrepancy grows. It’s also strange that the percentage stays at 100% for the first 2–3 km of the drive in electric mode.

How are you verifying the actual %?

The net battery capacity (0–100% charge), according to the energy meter, is 10.7 kWh at a temperature around +20°C.
If, after driving from 100% down to 70%, I need to charge 4.5 kWh yet the display still shows 70%, that is a false reading—it should be showing around 60%.
The above is just an example, but based on my precise calculations, the displayed 75% is actually around 65-67% thats mean shows 3/4 and in real is 2/3.
