Unfortunately EP6F (Prince Series) Engines and BMW N13 series engines (same platform) do consume coolant mainly gaskets and water tank hoses. They mostly fail due to high heat engine makes.

Just had head cover replaced on mine at 45k km, fortunately under Guarantee.
Same exact symptoms…question is: will this happen again? have they changed anything in the design or should I expect it again in the future?
It may or may not happen again. I drove 100,000 km without any problems.
