DS4 Antenna Reset

Hello everyone,

Happy new year!
I am the new owner of a ds4 etense (2023) a few weeks now. The car was imported from France to Greece. It seems that the infotainment system is not fully updated as I do not see the connected services on the screen. The list is empty.

These are the facts:

  1. I can see remote connect and control services activated in my Ds app. These are the 2 services I activated myself.
  2. The maps are deactivated in the app. It seems there is nothing I can do to activate them back. I also tried the web interface. They expire on March 22nd 2026. It seems they are connected somehow to the previous owner (maybe?).
  3. In the car’s infotainment system I see no connected services.
  4. There are no updates in the infotainment system. Already tried multiple times to connect to a wifi, but still nothing. The version I have now is NMW.1. 20.80. 20
  5. I do not see the authorised dealers of my country, in the app.

I contacted DS support through email and told me that they had to contact France and register the vehicle in Greece. It took several days but they proceeded. I had no news from them and decided to contact them again. They confirmed that the transition had been completed and if I do not see any available updates, I should go to a ds dealer to reset the vehicle 's multifunctional antenna.

Do you have any idea of what they are talking about? Is it something I can reset on my own?

You won’t see this. It’s barely visible on the screen, or not at all, regardless of the radio version you will have.

The only updates you’ll see in the infotainment system are maps. If ConnectedServices is indeed active, even for the previous owner. But you need to check the maps in navigation settings when you have wifi connection. Maps don’t show up in the Updates tab.

The thing is that I don’t see any maps application in the infotainment screen. How’s that possible. I only see Google maps through android auto.

Strange, but probably possible. It may depend on the car’s equipment level.
