I’m having trouble updating the NAC on my DS7 mod 2022.
Currently, my vehicle has version 42.03.31.32_NAC-r0, and the MyDS app indicates that version 44.06.44.22_NAC-r0 is available. I’m updating directly through DS Update, but I’m getting the error “version not compatible with hardware.”
Any ideas about the error or a possible solution?
Hoping to find my answer here 
P.S.: I was able to update the maps without any problems; the issue only occurs with the operating system.

I’ve had exactly the same issue on my 2018 DS7. Maps no issue and DS app reports update available but car says not compatible when attempting to update.
Hope someone has the fix for this.
Hello, I checked the forum where it mentions downloading firmware 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0 and the license UpdateID/MediaVersion 001315031692686757.
I was able to download the firmware, but I can’t get the license. The forum isn’t clear on how to do it because even a user reported it but didn’t get a response.
Do you happen to have license 001315031692686757?
