Hello,

My wife and I purchased the DS7 E-TENSE 225hp 2024 3 days ago. We loved the car, it’s fun to drive, looks good, etc. Actually, my wife owns the car, but I’m the more technical guy in the family. So there was a promotion to use E-TENSE Remote Control for 2 years for free, and I signed up with my account first. Then I signed my wife’s account into the car. But the system logged me out. On their phone, I can see all the data for battery and charging, etc., but when I try to check with my phone, it says, “The online subscription is temporarily unavailable. You can contact your retailer for more questions about the offers”. I just need to use E-TENSE Remote Control to check the battery and charging status. If I need, I can pay a subscription, but please help me find a way to use 2 separate accounts to see this data.

Hi @emreerisen,

I don’t believe you can use two seperate accounts, however you should be able to log into your account on your wife’s phone also, which will give you access.

Setting up with another account will unlink any other accounts associated with the car - it’s a security feature.
