Was faced with a black infotainment screen today. Tried everything (pressing on/off button long time, waiting, …) finally was able to fix it by disconnecting both batteries for a few minutes and connecting them again. (Etense model has an auxiliary battery in de back as well ) - hope that somebody can use this info when faced with the same problem …
