DS7 keyless entry issue

The system has stopped responding. Previously, when I approached the vehicle and touched the handle, the door would unlock.
Recently, I’ve had to unlock the doors using the remote control on the key.
Later, after driving, the system seems to reset itself and it’s possible to lock/open the doors by touching the handle as usual.
I replaced the key battery and the car battery voltage is 12.56V, which is OK.
Does anyone have an idea?

Apparently some models have software issue. I’ve been waiting 8 months for a fix .

I’ve been waiting almost 8 months for a software fix.
DS UK Customer Care have already told me they will be paying a “Goodwill” gesture due to the lack of an immediate fix, however, theres no timeline on this fix.
I’ve been told that their offer will be £500 for every 6 months of waiting.
The car has been back and fore countless times.
So far it has had a new set of keys, a module replaced, countless software updates, 2 new 12v batteries, two visits from the UK head of technical.

Bare in mind though, the car will shut down certain features such as the keyless entry if the 12v batteries are down voltage, the manual actually states to drive the car for a minimum of 50 miles motorway driving or 125 miles of town/urban driving if the system has shut down these features.

Also with the keyless entry you shouldnt need to touch any of the handles to unlock the doors, they unlock when you get into zone A, and lock when you walk away and reach zone C.

Quick update regarding the 12v batteries.
My DS4 E Tense is back in the dealership for what will be its 3rd 12v auxiliary battery in 9 months.
