I am a new owner of ds7 2020 model with 2.0hdi and have night vision camera but last few days a have problem with it. I can see image when i choose nightvision mode, but system do not detect anything. May you help me resolving this isue?

I can’t really help you with the problem searching technically, but I’ll link you what the manual says about its conditions for operating and its limits. I think it also has a Setting where the detection feature can be turned off, so make sure it is turned on.
The manual happens to be for a 2022 model, but it’s 99% the same (or more).

Thank you for reply, i think i find a reason in the manual. Outside temperature here in the summer is over 30c during the night.
I had a software update done as part of a recall campaign…it switched off the night vision until I went in and re-enabled it..so check it is enabled still!
last few days temperatures are lower, and night vision is working as expected. As soon as outside temperatures are ~30c night vision icon is yellow and its off
Also in Finnish weather it’s common that everything is wet and at same temperature so the picture stays gray. Luckily possible animals have poorer insulation than people so they light up and usually also trigger an alarm.
