Bought my DS7 Cross back from a dealer in July 2025. It was a 2021 model with 29k. I’ve owned it now for 7 months and put 6k on the clock.
The dealer have had my car for a month for “diagnostics” after it went into limp mode with an electric traction system error.
Anyway been kept in the dark by the DS dealer for 4 weeks as to what the hell is wrong with the car - I drive for a living and need a car- but they seem not to care.
Finally today they tell me the diagnosis is back and the rear electric drive mechanism is at fault. I’m now waiting for the dealer to hear back from the warranty people (which is DS) about what to do about the problem! Meanwhile I’m having to look at buying another (cheap) car to keep my job.
I’m massively regretting trading in my rock solid Toyota for this PoS.
Has anyone else had this issue and how quickly was it resolved?
