Hi all,
My 2021 DS9 (18k miles) threw up an electric traction fault) last week as I was just parking at work, this was very lucky as it turned out…
The car wouldn’t start after being switched off and the RAC were despatched, after several hours they arrived, diagnosed as “some sort of module fault maybe” and due to the time now (6pm) needed to be recovered to the local DS dealer in Birmingham.
Recovery arrived in the morning and suggested calling ahead as the dealer may not receive the car, this was indeed the case, not availability until the new year!
Again, as luck would have it, as the recovery guys went to see if they could move the car, it started, no faults and runs happy as Larry…
I think I need to book her in for a diagnostic check in the new year, but wondered if anyone else with a plug in hybrid has had anything similar?
Cheers in advance
I’ve been seeing this on my DS4 PHEV E Tense.
The message pops up fairly quickly after switching off the engine, probably around 5 minutes and then switches everything off.
The car has been into the dealership 4 times over the last 9 weeks for issues with the Keyless Entry & Welcome Lights, basically only operating now and then.
The dealership cant find any fault, the tried changing a control module and checked all batteries, but I still think the problem is down to a low battery or something similar ?
DS UK Technical are still trying to sort it out.
