I don’t have this problem. The app downloads all journeys even when the phone was temporarily disconnected.
The only problem is that I have to turn the app on/off 2-3 times to get an actual car location.
Really?? it downloads?? I need to check then why mine is not doing this. Thanks for this info!
I drive my DS4 every day, so that’s a different story. But I didn’t drive my C5 Aircross PHEV for a month, and the MyCitroën app (same as MyDS) read all the routes my family had driven during that period.
But only I have both apps on my phone.
It’s true.
It remembers all the trips, and next time the phone is connected (I don’t know why it should need to be connected. It should definitely be able do to it OTA, but for some reason it can’t) it will transfer all those trips to the phone.
Since I use carplay via wireless dongle, which uses both wifi and bluetooth, my app doesn’t connect to the car unless I disconnect (shut off) the dongle, and when I do this I usually have from 50 to 100+ trips to transfer and it takes a bloody long time to do it.
I dont use the app for anything anymore, too slow, but I can confirm that all my trips do show on the app.
The car also pops up a message every morning when I first start up to go to work, if I want guidance to my work place, it shows the destination on the screen, I always just cancel it.
And then in the afternoon it asks if I want guidance to my fathers house, again it shows the destination.
I do both these trips every day, so the car is clearly remembering my most frequent destinations but it must also be remembering the time of day I make these journeys ?
@Jactac If you accept the trips, even though you know where your going, the display will show heavy traffic areas or road works. I change my route to avoid these areas, less stressful that way…

I will give it try just to see how it works.
If my daily journeys were longer I probably would use it more often, but my journeys through the week are exactly the same every day over 4 days, 4.5 miles to work and the same home.
