I’ve been driving a DS4 1.2 PureTech Esprit de Voyage (2023) since November 2025 and I’m currently looking for information on coding options and possible extensions for the ambient lighting.
Is anyone here experienced with this and willing to share some knowledge?

While creating ambient lighting is physically simple (diagram, parts, workflow), coding the VSM and IVI_head_unit isn’t. It’ll be difficult because Diagbox doesn’t work with IVI. Coding via Arduino is a mystery – there’s not much information.

If it’s that complicated, I’ll leave it alone and try extending it with LED strips, connected via the ignition.
