Is there a clever menu option to reconfigure the headlights for driving on the right? (DS7 Louvre 2022)

Hey @MartynF! Welcome to the forum.

No adjustment is needed, you just need to turn off adaptive beam (so the lights don’t bend) and turn off auto main beam.

The DS7 beam is flat, so there are no light or dark spots like traditional halogen and xenon’s with reflectors.
