Hello and help with DS4

Hi all
First time ds4 owner, on a new to me car.
Going through a rough patch with the family and needed a car while we work through stuff.

I ended up getting a 2014 DS4 DSTYLE AIRDREAM E-HDI.
So far its a lovely car, however there is no display on the infotainment at all, so radio doesn’t work.
Any ideas what is going on with it?
The heating controls all work, and the dashboard says radio off.
Its lime there is no power going to it at all.

Any help would be really appreciated

There’s been reports of some DS’s car completely losing media out put, even the drivers dash going completely black.
Does you car have the Smart Touch screen down by the centre console ?
Theres an on/off switch there for the media.
Could try that.

Actually he is referring to a old one DS4 from 2014
