I’m quite gentle on the steering wheel so I keep getting this alert and then can’t figure out how to take it away
I try to poke my fingers all around the wheel but I still haven’t figured out where’s the sensor, so only way is to steer a little bit which is something I don’t like to do on motorways where this alert happens more frequently
where’s the sensor?
There isn’t a sensor that works the way you think.
The system can’t detect physical contact.
Instead, it wants to feel resistance.
Use a little force to counter the steering the car does, but not as much as you disrupt it.
Or just do a slight turning motion, so the system feels that there is power moving the wheel.
It’s not a good system, but it is what it is.
