Is there a way I can permanently turn off the internal sensor for the alarm as when the air conditioning comes on (when I’ve set it come on at precific times) it set the alarm off.
On my DS4 theres a switch above you by the rear view mirror, it turns off the internal sensors but keeps the immobiliser working.
This is button will resetsitself the next time you unlock the car, so you will have to press it every time you want the Air conditioning to come on when the car is locked.
Surprised no one else has reported this, do you have anything hanging in the car that could move in the airflow?
I’ve pre-conditioned my car many times and it hasnt effect the alarm.
Do you think it might be the alarming due to the power drain when the air condition running and not the actual presence of air circulation inside the car ?
Just a thought.
It only goes off when the air con is on and not the heating. The Aircon blows harder so I guess there is movement in the car.
I was just thinking perhaps because theres power being drained into the cars electronic system , even if the blower is not running, maybe its an electronic issue thats setting off the alarm.
