The MyDS App shows where my mobile is instead of the location of my DS7. Support is working on that since months without any progress. Does anyone else have this issue?

That particular feature seems to be working in my app.
However, everything else in the app works pretty crappy to be honest.
I’ve more or less stopped using it because you can never rely on its information anyway.

Make sure you connect to the car via bluetooth.
Hi Alex, there is a bluetooth connection while I’m driving but when I park my DS and go away of course the bluetooth is disconnected. And wherever I go to will be shown as the location of my DS, but in fact this is the location of my mobile - the DS is parked somewhere else.

That’s strange, it should use the last connected location as the location of your car. Seems like a bug.

Mine definitely shows the cars location.
Today for example the car has been at the dealership all day , and this shows as the location on the app.
I have the same problem - and I have a DS4. It shows the right place about 1 in every 50 parking cases, otherwise its the previous parking position. In the first year I pushed the importer over this for months, they had to ask “Paris” and got no answers. It is easily the worst performing app on my phone. Apparenty Peugeot drivers have similar issues. It is the worst app on my phone. I wouldn’t dare mention it to a Tesla owner, they would laugh themselves senseless. Everyone at Stellantis associated with this app should hang their heads in shame.
