Hi all hope someone can help me here, Got my 2020 DS7 yesterday but when i try to use the maps it says no Mapping system found. I have signed up to the DS app but when i put my Vin number in it says no Cartography available
Has anyone any idea where i can get the maps to put them back on the Vehicle.

If it’s like my DS4 then it depends on the trim level. My model (Bastille) doesn’t have it in the native DS system, but when you connect Android Auto or Apple CarPlay you access it through that
As above, I have found ( while looking at other DS models) DS sometimes run lower spec production, where the specs are much reduced.
I recently looked at a DS3 2025 plate, which was the same… The screen simply says connect smart phone with Navigation app… So its only via those you can get any navigation.
As far as I am aware, if it isn’t installed as native system, then you cannot ‘add it’.
Only by using a smart phone…
It can be added only by swapping the NAC module. It’s not cost-effective at a dealership, but it’s possible to buy a used one and change the VIN.
