I’ve recently updated the firmware to WAVE3 from WAVE2. The update went smoothly however the maps were deleted in the process. I’ve got back to the updater to see if there is anyway to redownload the maps. I cannot seem to access the download for catography. There are no other ways or downloads available on the internet to my knowledge. Is there anyone out there that knows a way to get the maps back?

You need to check the available maps via the DS_update program using the VIN number of the car from which you bought the Wave3…

You also need to remember that the soft update changed Wave3 to Wave4, which has newer maps.
