Multimedia Update Problem

Hello to all,

I bought the DS7 Crossback 2019 (diesel 2.0, Rivoli), and I have a problem regarding the multimedia system update. On the app, it says that I need to update it with 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0. I tried 3 different USBs, and none of them worked. I downloaded the file that you posted here, but still nothing. It says: No media content on the USB memory stick. Or I even got the message: It is not supported by hardware. Also, I would like to update the maps, as they are old (2018). When I put music on USB, everything is working normally. Also, my current system is next: 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0

Update: I also wrote on the Facebook group, but still no specific answer. Also, I figured out for the first time a couple of days ago while waiting on a border that a car can be connected to the internet (I tried some apps and games just for fun), but from that time, the car didn’t want to connect. It doesn’t want to connect to the apps anymore via hotspot internet (and it was connected on the border to the hotspot).

Is anyone to give me some advice or any help on what I could do?

Sorry over my head, but theres definitely threads on here reporting very similar issues.

I gather you dont have over the air updates ?
Only asking because thats how I get my updates, and I wasn’t sure when this facility was introduced ?

I have the option of Updating, but nothing appears when I click on it. This is probably because of some connection problem, but I am trying to figure out what it is.

I’ve seen posts that some owners seem to be having the same issue you are seeing.
It might need a visit to a dealership to do a forced update ?
