Need help with fuel cap cover actuator change

Hello!
I bought DS7 Crossback 2018 2.0 BlueHDI recently and one of the issues it had was fuel cap cover actuator that was sunken in so the fuel cover doesn’t lock. When I lock car I don’t hear locking motor going off so it might be faulty aswell. Since I like to fix stuff myself, is there anyone who has tried changing actuator alone or has any experience with it? Do I have to disasemble half of the boot for this change or is there an wasier way to just pry open plastic where the actuator has sunken in and change it like on some Audi and VW models?
