Hello Community,
I’m a big fan of French cars, especially my DS 7 Crossback! However, I’m stuck with a frustrating issue and really hope someone can help me out.
I want to update my system’s firmware from 31.09.46.62_NAC-r0 to 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0 via a USB stick.
I followed all the instructions using the DS Update App and prepared the USB stick correctly (I even tried 5 different USB sticks).
What I’ve tried so far:
- Deleted the license file and connected my DS to a hotspot.
- Disabled Bluetooth on my phone.
- Followed every guide I could find in various forums.
Despite all this, the update never works. The system keeps showing the message:
“Version not compatible with hardware.”
Could the certificate have expired?
Someone mentioned that the certificate might have expired, which could cause this issue.
But how is that possible if everything was done via the DS Update App?
If the certificate is indeed the problem, how can I check it and get a new one?
My Questions:
- Has anyone else faced this issue?
- How can I confirm if the certificate has expired, and how can it be renewed?
- What else can I try to make the update work?
I really want this update to improve my system, and I’m getting frustrated that it’s not working despite following all the instructions.
Please, I need your advice!
Thanks in advance for your support!
