My DS7 E-tense radio is unavailable. Can’t find any stations and under settings radio is unavailable. No clue what’s happening. Any ideas to fix this problem??

I’ve been having issues with my DS4 going into “hibernation” mode prematurely, it’s basically switching off all of the automatic features such as the keyless entry and the Welcome/see me home lights.
Hibernation mode should only kick when certain criteria’s have been met but mines doing it too soon.
Getting back to the radio issue, yesterday my car lost all of the DAB & FM radio stations that had been set as favourites.
I’ve been to the dealership this morning and spoke to their “Master Technician”, who has just returned from a 4 day DS training course where they spent a lot of time discussing issues with DS models losing connection with the remote keys and also going into hibernation mode for no apparent reason, this can apparently have an effect on the radio losing stations and in some cases switching off completely.
My car is going in for a full factory reset and they’re ordering a new set of remote keys.
I’m not holding my breath !!
After all it’s a French car, and just like Renault and Citroën, French cars do tend to be a bit wishy washy with their electrics !
