Just purchased a second hand DS 7 Crossback 2019, and I’ve noticed the rear parking camera image is blurry and has some stains. I cleaned the outside of the camera lens but that didn’t work. What can I do to fix the image?
The image feed I’m getting looks hazy/blurry/unclear and with many dusty spots.

Could be a faulty lens if it looks clean ?
My camera has a water jet next to it which I assume works with the rear window jets , I’ve never looked to see if any water does actually spray from it ?
Have tried altering the angle view to see if it is any better , my guess its a sealed unit so cleaning behind the outer cover is most likely not possible ?
The stains you see could be water marks on the inside of the outer cover if it’s leaking ?
Try gently spraying some water and see if you can spot any water getting inside the cover, if you can then thats you problem, it’s leaking.
Personally if its leaking and out of warranty I would try to remove the cover, clean inside and glue the cover back on, you could then use something like Captain Tolley’s Creeping Crack Sealer , it penetrates tiny hairline cracks and seals them without leaving a visible residue.
You’ve got nothing to lose trying to fix it it if it’s already leaking, so if you “fix” didn’t work you’er still at the same place before trying.
