Has anyone else noticed that when driving in mode sometimes the reg braking is less effective, once I switch driving modes then back to comfort it seems to reset it’s self, like it needs a kick up the arse.
The regen braking is less and more intense depending on how much charge is in the traction battery.
So as the amount of charge in the battery decreases the regen braking will increase and vice versa.
I charged my car yesterday, so coming to work this morning there was hardly any regen braking.
I agree @Jactac
But there are probably minimal differences between these settings. When I drive in Sport mode, it seems that recuperation (compared to without B) is much greater than in electric mode alone, with the same traction battery charge level.
I experience that regent is linear from 100% to 0% charge (always use regen/ one foot driving).
But - when choosing any level of e-save, when reaching the selected level regen stops or at least it is pretty much as coasting.
