Hi. I have a 2022 DS4 e-Tense which has suddenly lost positioning on the satnav screen. The cursor moves as I’m driving but the underlying map is showing my position as 30 miles away! I see the 4G logo is also missing from the top of the screen, so probably a communication issue. Is there somewhere in the menus I need to reconfigure/reset or is it a dealership visit?
You need to visit dealership for that.
You may try to unplug 12V battery which in etense is under center armrest but i suspect BFSR issue so it may not help.
Why not the main 12 v battery in the engine bay ?
My understanding is that the 12v battery under the armrest is there to support the main 12v battery.
I’ve also read that the positive side of the arm rest battery is inaccessible, and only the negative side can be easily disconnected, according to the manual.

I would disconnect both, I’ve forgotten that the main one is also present in engine bay in PHEV.
In PHEV 308 there is a way to disconnect the positive pole in additional battery in the armrest however if I remember correctly You need basic tools to do it.
Both needs to be disconnected, they both feed the 12V electronics.
Wait 10 minutes before reconnecting to let all equipment go dead.
No special tools needed, quick connector on the main battery in engine bay, armrest backup battery is hidden below a plastic panel with four tabs. Push the tabs and lift the panel, might need to be slided a few millimeters back and forth to release.
Underneath the quick connector has a tab that you push outwards and then just lift the connector straight up.
Thanks Fredrik. I did as you suggested and even left the car disconnected for two hours but still no luck. I’ve had to book the car into a local dealer to do some diagnosis. The earliest date they can see me is the 11th Feb unfortunately.
