So I’ve just noticed the passenger seat massager isn’t functioning properly, it doesn’t seem as strong as the drivers side and the left hand lumber pad isn’t working…any ideas?
Unfortunately, you’ll need to remove the seat upholstery to access the pneumatic system tubes. One of them is probably damaged. Colored tubes it’s pneumatic masage system.
At the end of each tube is a small cushion that inflates and deflates during the massage. These cushions can also be damaged.
Looks like a big job.
If you can live with it, leave it as is until summer. Then you can try to do it yourself. Plastic is more flexible and there will be less or no damage.
