Regarding personal settings, radio seat memory etc.
Couple of times saved favourites in radio cleared and memory seat position cleared ? Anyone else had this? Am i missing something ?

Yeah had this a couple of times.
Its very frustrating having to keep adding everything back in.
Dealership told me it’s probably a bug when the car is doing an automatic software update, or when the car receives a map update for the sat nav from Tom Tom.
So we should just accept it’s a bug on a brand new car ? Customer service I’ve been getting, poor at best 
Hi Scott - this doesn’t sound normal.
I know that there is an issue/software flaw where the system will default to French every now and again but should always be saving the profile settings. Is it a brand new DS7 or second hand?
I will add that I am on my second DS7, as the orginial one I purchased was a flawed one (can see the previous post here - How this forum saved us from a dodgy ds7 - #6 by Derby - where due to hidden accident damage the car would not remember any settings when profiles saved.
Definitely worth pursuing with DS/Main dealer as doesn’t seem right

It was pre registration, only 10 miles on clock so for all intense purposes , brand new ? Its going in on monday to have final fault rectified so i will address it then, appreciate the help .
