Purchased my DS3 nearly a year ago, it’s a 2019 Rivoli and I’ve always struggled when refuelling. About five seconds in the pump stops and the DS3 spits a mouthful of fuel back out at me. I have to proceed filling with the pump at a slow rate, maybe a quarter pull on the handle.
Had my first service with it yesterday and so asked the dealer to check it. They diagnosed a faulty breather valve, that is part of the fuel tank itself. Quoted me £1500 to replace the tank 
. Thankfully I purchased with three year warranty.
Posting this for anyone with similar problem, would recommend you get it checked whilst warranty is still an option. Or maybe sign up to a service plan with warranty prior if yours has expired.
