Does anyone know or maybe have a similar soft sound of snapping, tightening of the plastic when turning the steering wheel to the left? Mine is 2022 DS4 1.6 Petrol 180
Not heard anything like on my DS4
It is heard only when the steering wheel is fully pulled out towards me, as soon as I pull the steering wheel back, it is no longer heard
1st vid you can here cracking when it’s fully pulled out
2nd vid no cracking sound when it’s pulled back
Can you feel movement if you pull the wheel towards you or push it away ?
I just tried it on my car and theres no movement at all , either pulling or pushing.
Another thing to try is adjusting the tilt on the steering wheel , see if it makes a difference, such as worse or better ?

Yes, I tried also up and down, it’s only no craking when its pulled back
So there is movement if you pull the wheel towards you ?
Theres no such movement when I try that on my car.
Ther is no movement at all, steering wheel is tightly fixed at any position, just a soft sound of cracking when turning to left side
