Hi, so recently a weird noise apeared from the sunroof glass, I made a video to show, sounds awfull like something is out of place, it’s the sunroof that sounds but only when fully closed, when semi opened or opened it doesnt rattle, this appeared sudden, before it didnt rattle.
Anyone has any clue? It drives me crazy.
There is a plastic clip hidden at the end of sunroof cover rail. I have no idea how but it breakes down and makes this rattle. I have the same rattling sound and Dealership says its user fault and doesn’t covered under warranty. But i suggest you try your chance and show that to your local dealership.
Thanks, nah, dealership does nothing, I will myself remove the headliner and search for the problem, I just wanted to know if someone else has it, I will take advantage of the removed headliner and use some killmat deadening on the roof, I already did deadening treatment on all doors and trunk, and as personal experience, deadening the roof does a huge diference, I just hope I gind the ratteling thing
