Thanks for your message here and in the other post.
I’ve sent a message to Alex, I hope he can enlighten me on the locking/lights issue.
Its very frustrating because I know the car does have auto locking/opening and has the full welcome & see you home light features, I know because it all works, albeit intermittently, but I just cant put my finger on why it’s all operating like it should one minute and then not the next time I leave/approach the car.
Another little issue or maybe not ?
The demist/deicer for the mirrors is activated by the rear glass demister switch, which is not an issue as most cars do this.
However, the demister for mirrors and rear glass does not activate unless the engine is running, so if you are in hybrid or electric mode and its a misty morning you have to drive the car harder to get the engine to kick in before the demister starts to work, so when you slow down and the electric motor kicks back in the demister knocks itself off again.
Please tell me i’m wrong !
