Time Delayed Charging

Quick question.
When using the timer to charge the traction battery, the connector illuminates blue, does this stay blue until the charging starts (flashing green), or does the blue light go off after a few minutes of setting the timer ?
Mines goes off, but on my sons Vauxhal PHEV he seems to think it stays lit in blue until it starts charging.

I didn’t observe this connector after leaving the car. Blue indicates waiting for delayed charging. Once charging begins, it should flash green. I also noticed that sometimes the light simply doesn’t illuminate. It looks like the light is dormant, but charging is working.
I would like it to be possible to turn off this light, because it attracts the attention of bystanders at night.

I’ve had instances where the DS app notifies “charging interrupted” but when checking the charge is complete ?

I was just curious if the blue light should stay on until charging started ?

It doesn’t seem so. Mine also often goes off when waiting for a delayed charge.
I don’t monitor it after that because I’m sleeping.
I usually try to finish charging 30 minutes before starting the car.
When there are problems with the app, you often have to look at the car. I don’t have them, so I don’t monitor the car.

I often take what the app says with a pinch of salt.
