I’m trying to do a touchscreen update but it just comes up with a message saying not compatible with hardware… Any ideas anyone.
This happened to me when I tried to update the sat nav.
I contacted DS UK who said there must of been an error when the car tried doing an OTA update .
They told to contact a dealership to sort it out, but the next morning it updated by itself fine ?
I suppose you’re trying to do an USB stick update?
I would try another USB stick.
I had that happen to me, bought a fresh, good brand, USB stick and then it worked.
At least you need to rule that out before proceeding with anything else.
