Sent it via DM, thanks.
These are the subscriptions applied to your vehicle:
I would normally expect to see a āTelemaintenanceā row which shows your telemaintenance subscription status. Looking at it, I donāt think itās possible to activate in Poland.
Thanks @alexm .
My car was bought and registered in Czechia, not Poland, but I would certainly suspect that some things are ānot possibleā in all these CEE countries. Unfortunately too many global companies still treat these countries as ā2nd class Europeā.
I presume that the lower boxes are from your own car. I see that it has a āfactory telematics boxā which mine does not. Is this connected to the issue, do you think?
I am definitely going to ask the local importer about this. The problem is that based on my experience trying to make any sense of the app, the importer is willing to help but needs always to ask āParisā. And they never get an answer. The arrogance of the corporate management of these companies is really quite something.
Yes thatās right the second photo was from my DS 7
Ok thanks. I do just wonder though whether any owners of the new DS4 have this function enabled?
Hey, I switched country from PL to DE in MyDS app and activated telemaintenance, you just need to have piece of hardware already installed in your car. Once a month I receive status for my car, if there is any issue. I received a year ago ABS/ESP faulty system, but I guess it was because they did regular service that month in the workshop.
The car has 1.20.93.7 software version. There are a lot of new updates here , but the car still doesnāt find them, even when i try to check it manualy from ENGINEERING MODE
Any thoughts?
Mine is like yours, how we can install then the latest one?
I couldnāt find any info about it..
It is possible to put this update file on USB stick FAT32 format, start the engine and connect USB to carplay/android port and follow on screen instructions. Somebody correct me if I wrong?
i dont think so. Sounds good 4 NAC, but not 4 IVI
Thereās a theory for IVI that you need to turn on the ignition, then go to the āupdatesā menu in IVI, and wait 10-15 minutes for the updates to appear. The āupdateā menu must be visible at all that time. If you check there for a moment, the update never shows up. I havenāt tested this, but I think I will.
Very interesting. My vehicleās version is: NHW.1.20.92.25. Also, we canāt update the vehicle via Wi-Fi in Turkey. Only authorized service centers can update. Can we install the latest software found on this link ourselves? Has anyone installed it?
Unfortunately, IVI system does not allows update the system via usb or else. I had a problem with my system that had same version of 1.20.92.25. System was quite laggy and i was unable to create a profile. My DS4 is still under waranty. The process took about 3 months. Long story short; my IVI Unit has been replaced with newer hardware and version of NHW: 1.30.93.21 under warranty. Iām still unable to use WiFi because BSFR units are disabled in Turkiye. But glad its came with the newest update.
This information is invaluable to me. My car is still under warranty. I will definitely go to the authorized service center for the latest update. Can you tell me which city and service center you had it done at? Iām in Ankara.
@PhoenixNite had its hardware changed due to a fault and thatās a different situation than updating what you want to have. If it works, donāt do anything. I have SW 1.20.92.25 and I have no complaints. I also know what can happen after update SW in IVI, so Iām leaving what I have.
Typically, IVI SW updates ends with a black screen. Then you have to wait 2-3 months for a new hardware because the old one died after the SW update and it cannot be restored. So, youāre left without a car. If they cover it under warranty, itāll be free, but is it really?
I just did it as you described, nothing happened unfortunately.
Ankara DS Store Koluman says there is not a newer update than 1.20.92.25 .They might be thinking that updating system causing problems like @Andrew_PL mentioned. So they donāt want to update versions like 1.30.xx.xx unless its completely necessary. I heard that IVI unit hardware is upgraded late 2024 and 1.30.xx.xx is mainly used in new hardware so new version may not be compatible with IVI units had built earlier. (According to Peugeot forums in France.)
I have an update waiting for this software version but I will not do it for the reasons previously described.
I think they have already done this to someone and they know what the problems are, so they prefer it this way - no update available if works.
The authorized service center gave the same answer you gave. ![]()
