Before I visit DS Warsaw on Monday regarding the OTA updates, I wrote to DS Germany since my car received only 1 update and has same version as @AvatarPL DS4, this is their response:
“ Thank you for your patience.
After an analysis in our systems, we can tell you:

The IVI of your vehicle is up to date.

Please note that your vehicle was last connected to the Redbend server in May.
If problems persist, we recommend reconnecting the vehicle to a stable network and ensuring that updates are applied properly.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.”
So basically car has latest update but how should I understand that the vehicle was connected to the server last time in May 2024? I regularly update my maps without any problems.
Server may be saving actual date of update download maybe thats why its may 2024.
I havent received any update for a long time but everything works fine so there is no real need for an update.
