The ambient lighting doesn’t work

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2021 DS 9 Rivoli+, 1.6 E-TENSE Hybrid 225 HP, with 39,000 km.

The problem is that the ambient lighting doesn’t work. I have the setting available on the car’s touchscreen, and I can select the colour and adjust the intensity, but none of the ambient lights actually turn on.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there something I need to activate or configure, or could it be a technical problem?

Ambient lighting issue – settings available but nothing lights up

Hi, I have a question about the ambient lighting in my car. In the settings menu, I can choose the ambient lighting color and adjust its brightness. The door handles also look like they should have illuminated diamond-pattern inserts. However, nothing lights up at all. Is it possible that the menu includes the ambient lighting settings and the door handles are ok , but my car actually isn’t equipped with ambient lighting? I’ve already checked it in complete darkness, but there’s still no lig…
